Extra info
The setting for this little 9 hole gem is really quite stunning. Traigh (pronounced "try") is a Gaelic word meaning beach and the course runs alongside one of the most beautiful beaches in Scotland. Even if you're having a bad round, the breathtaking views to the islands of Eigg and Rum and the towering Cullins of Skye will soothe your soul.
Although the course was originally laid out around 1900, it was enlarged and improved in the mid 1990's.
The contours of what were originally sand dunes demand some accurate hitting of the ball. Watch out too for the burn running through the 5th and 6th holes.
