Extra info
With many magnificent specimen trees of great age throughout the parkland, as well as a fine arboretum near the Mansion; with deer, water fowl, and abundant wildlife; with panoramic views of the superb surrounding scenery, including the Black Mountains on the horizon, it may be difficult to concentrate on ones golf. Back in 1982 Tony Jacklin asked why The Rolls was being kept a firmly guarded secret; Greg Norman, at one time touring professional to the course, described the four short holes as "fantastic".
