Gowerton Golf Range was opened in 1991. Even though the popularity of the sport has grown since then, the facilities at the range have grown with it. When the Bromham family decided to build the business, they felt it was important that the location was not only acceptable, but also situated at a place of natural beauty. As a result of this, a 20 bay golf driving range was built in Gowerton, just on the edge of the beautiful Gower Peninsular, near Swansea. One year later a further 8 bays were added along with a 9 hole par 3 golf course, a children's play area, and larger car park. Three years later due to popular demand a new diner restaurant was built, along with a coarse fishing lake to add to the attractions.
