Golf course architect, Jonathan Gaunt, has retained the numerous mature oak, ash and horse chestnut trees, and these, together with the winding streams, nine lakes and large bunkers, contribute immensely to the beauty and challenge of this 7000 yard Championship course. Teaching facilities comprise of driving range and large practice pitching, putting and bunker area. Leisure facilities include indoor swimming pool, fitness room, sauna, Jacuzzi, tennis courts and lake fishing.
