Extra info
Established in 1913, Frankfurter Golf Club is one of Germany's most traditional clubs. Although right at the outskirts of Frankfurt, the club enjoys an idyllic setting amidst dense woods between the city and the airport. Its exquisite, classic parkland course was built in 1928 by the much celebrated British architects John Morrison and Harry S. Colt, the man who created Pine Valley (New Jersey, US), widely considered as the World number one. Although modernised in the 1960's, the layout has retained much of its original flavour and it is one of the great courses to play in Germany.
