Extra info
Lockerbie Golf Club, founded in 1890, is an 18 hole parkland course situated south of the Annandale Hills, with breathtaking views extending over the Lake District and west to Dumfries.
The presence of water hazards on 3 holes, as well as some tricky par 3's demands accuracy from the golfer, with uphill and downhill lies creating problems on a number of other holes.
The course has a nice balance of varying lengths of holes, with well defined rough waiting to catch any wayward shots. All in all a great challenge for all standards of golfer.
The Club
Lockerbie Golf Club offers full bar and catering facilities and special rates for group bookings can be arranged. Trolleys and buggies are available for hire. Visitors are made more than welcome, and no handicap certificate is required.
