Four sets of tee boxes on most holes and large manicured greens are features that are a pleasure to golfers all year round.

Beautiful scenery borders the course on the west and offer a contrast to the links, while water hazards come into play on six of the first nine holes.

The closing holes are bordered by the beach and offer magnificent views of the East Coast, the Mountains of Mourne and the Irish Sea.
