Greenore Golf Club is situated on the shores of Carlingford Lough on the Cooley Peninsula, 12 miles from both Dundalk and Newry and 60 miles equidistant between Belfast and Dublin. Greenore is a superb course with a good mix of traditional links and heathland on the outside holes. An excellent test of Golf with testing wind shots into small greens, which are well bunkered with water in play on many holes. The Course enjoys breathtaking views of the Mourne and Cooley Mountains. The course is enhanced by a magnificent Club House offering panoramic views across Carlingford Lough. The Clubhouse offers full Bar and Catering facilities. There is an excellent fully stocked shop managed by our Professional Mr.Robert Giles. There is also a practice area and Driving Range. Visitors and Societies Outings are very welcome, although pre booking is essentiall particularly at week-ends.
