Founded in 1892, Mortonhall is the oldest course in the City of Edinburgh over which golf is still played and is rightly regarded as one of Scotland's premier clubs. A championship test of 6502 yards, the course boasts magnificent mature silver birch, fir, pine, sycamore and cherry trees, not to mention immaculate fairways.
The course enjoys a rich natural environment comprising diverse habitats that support a wide range of flora and fauna as well as unrivalled views across Edinburgh, the Firth of Forth and the Pentland Hills. It is simply, one of the best courses in the Lothians.
