The course has been created on 150 acres of beautiful
undulating parkland in the shadow of the historic TURVEY House.The tree-lined course with its magnificent oaks and beeches provides a true test for all golfers from the enthusiastic beginner to the proficient golfer.
Every hole provides it's own challenge; the 1st with it's
signature oak, lined with beech trees, which are said to
have been planted there to commemorate the
'Battle of Trafalgar'; to the par 3 Oak Grove 13th, which
is surrounded by 40ft high, 220 year old beautiful oak
trees; to the magnificent 17th and 18th par 5 and par 4
finishing holes.
In August 2003, TURVEY Golf Club was bought out by
the members of the club. The buyout included
the Clubhouse and Hotel.
