Golf Des Iles Borromées has a strategic position. Situated on the hills above Stresa it is easily reachable from Milan (80 km), from the Swiss border (30 km) and from the Malpensa Airport (45 km). The highway (A26 Milano – Laghi) has an exit (Carpugnino) at less than two km from the Course. Situated in an enchanting landscape, the Course has some exceptional views of the Swiss Alps and of the Ticino Plain. From the 18th tee you can often see the skyline of Milan and four lakes: Lake Maggiore, Lake Varese, Lake Monate and Lake Comabbio.
Within the Club you will find a driving range, a putting green and a chipping green, a well supplied Pro-shop, a comfortable restaurant just refurbished, with an excellent cuisine, changing rooms, lockers, and showers. You will also find, to complete our services, numerous electric golf carts, trolleys, and golf sets for hire. Two valid pro-teachers are present to supply lessons on request.
