Description: Food and family traditions are tied up in the cuisine of Dal Pescatore as the restaurant sees the third generation of the Santini family working in the kitchen. Recipes from the clan and the local area have been evolved over the years since they opened on the site in 1925, originally as Vino e Pesce in a fisherman's hut. The name changed in 1960 to the Italian for 'From The Fisherman', but the character has remained true. The restaurant is an isolated idyll set in a nature reserve, with only 36 inhabitants, yet is only a little over half an hour from Milan.
