Description: With a mind-blowing 150,000-bottle cellar and an interior that's pure renaissance palazzo, this sumptuous old-school Tuscan establishment has been a Florentine fixture since 1972. A partnership between Annie Feolde and her husband Giorgio Pinchiorri, Feolde originally only put out small helpings of food to accompany wine tastings, which, via a buffet, eventually grew into a full-blown restaurant menu. Feolde's French-accented approach to Tuscan ingredients and traditions still informs the menu in dishes such as Quail Dressed and Roasted as Porchetta.
