Description: Na 22 jaar in Hotel-restaurant 'LITTORAL', zeedijk Middelkerke, 1974-1996, zijn we nu volledig gevestigd in een karaktervilla in de schaduw van de watertoren, omringd door duinen en vlakbij de zee.
De chef-kok Maxim Renty heeft zijn opleiding gedaan in Hotelschool Ter Duinen Koksijde en Hotelschool te Wemmel. Stond daarna twee jaar aan de zijde van Eddie Van Maele en één jaar bij de Boxy's.
